Hi everyone! I already told you about the awesome campaign Zalando started to promote yoga. To celebrate this great line of yoga activewear, I have a third outfitpost and yoga sequence ready for you. This week it’s about Vinyasa Yoga!
What is Vinyasa Yoga?
Vinyasa Yoga is also known as Power Yoga. You work on your condition while performing dynamicly fluent moves. It’s about the mind, strenght and endurance. They compare it with dancing and is extremely popular.
There are no strict rules to follow and practically all the skilled and incredibly awesome yoga-pics from trained yogi’s are taken in a Vinyasa Yoga environment.
For Vinyasa Yoga, I recommend an outfit that allows intense moves. So a supportive sportsbra, a legging that fits perfectly and a loose top. I chose the following outfit from Zalando:

Top: Nike Performance Sportshirt in black/white.(I’m wearing size S)
Leggings: Only Play Onprosa thights in moonless night. (I’m wearing size S)

Vinyasa Yoga Sequence
Vinyasa Yoga is all about daring to let go. So I just went with the flow and this became my Vinyasa Yoga Sequence with 6 different poses:
1.Vasisthasana (Side plank pose)
2.Natarajasana (Lord of the dance pose)
3.Janu Sirsasana (Head-to-knee forward bend)
4.Eka Pāda Phalakāsana (one legged plank)
5.Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose)
6.Eka Pāda Adho Mukha Śvānāsana (one legged downward-facing dog)
